Very good food. Still reasonable price. There was a slight lapse with one of our orders but it was quickly corrected after we pointed it out to the staff. Excellent service. Very approachable crew.
The place is good but a little bit far from the main road. Ambience is very good, the staff were very accommodating. Salmon Zuchini and kani salad was new to our taste, it could be improved. Quesadillas and coffee was good.

The food was okay, although I was expecting authentic Kapampangan cuisine. Serving local dishes would be a great added value, as many people look forward to tasting Kapampangan food, which is well-known for being delicious. The staff were helpful and responded quickly to requests. They were friendly and always wore a smile. We would definitely recommend RECA to my friends, and we’ll be back again!

It was our first visit last night. We traveled on a rainy evening, so it felt a little overwhelming before we finally reached the place. Pero it was worth it! The staff were very accommodating. As a busy mom, I truly appreciated this much-needed break. The ambience instantly gave me that Boracay vibe, like being in a different place because of their excellent service. The atmosphere alone is relaxing with good music. And the foods we've tried, were really good plus okay rin ang servings. They were also attentive even sa small details, so I really appreciate that. I came with my hubby and toddler and they were offering the high chair na. This was also a pre-birthday dinner of my hubby, so thank you! This café-restaurant is definitely a must-try! If you need to unwind, a visit here will surely fulfill that.
